What is your best Disc Golf Memory?
Talking to Hannah on the phone right after she won the United States Women’s Disc Golf Championship.
Why did you want to join Eagles Wings?
I was already working with Push The Rock in sports ministry and felt like it was where I should be. As Hannah and I got actively involved in disc golf we really loved being part of the community. I believe God placed a very clear call on my heart to share His life within that community and to encourage, mentor and disciple Christ followers within the sport.
What is your favorite disc in your bag and why?
Yeti Aviar. It has been my putter for a long time and Yeti is just a great guy!
What is your favorite shot to throw during a round and why?
I don’t think I have a favorite shot necessarily but if I had to pick one I guess I would say jump putting as it is always a good feeling to hit a long putt in a round.
What is the next course on your disc golf bucket list?
We have been blessed to play many of the best courses in the country so I don’t have a specific course on the bucket list, but I do want to play disc golf in Alaska. The pictures always make it look really cool and I have never been to the state.
What other hobbies do you have or what other sports do you participate in?
I used to play a lot of basketball and volleyball, but that is rare these days with all the disc golfing going on. Outside of disc golf I enjoy reading, I have been getting into running, and following Philly sports teams.
At Eagles Wings Disc Golf, we are full-time missionaries and are financially supported by people like you.
Would you like to help to personally support Dustin so he can continue to do meaningful work in the disc golf community?
