Weekend Schedule Preview

Children registered for the Kid’s Track will lodge with their parents based on the family’s selected lodging option.
Family-Friendly Lodging
The Shared Hotel Upgrade is recommended for families who want to stay together in upgraded lodging with linens provided.
Children ages 4 to 10 can be registered for $39. Parents should register themselves under the lodging option that best fits their family.

What is the difference between Individual Registration and the hotel upgrades?
Individual Registration includes bunk house-style lodging and does not include linens. The hotel upgrade options provide upgraded lodging with linens included. Shared Hotel Upgrade is best for families or friend groups, Private Double Room Upgrade is best for couples or close friends, and Private Single Room Upgrade is best for attendees who want their own private space.
Do I need to bring bedding or towels?
If you choose Individual Registration, you should bring your own bedding, linens, and towel. Hotel upgrade options include linens.
Are meals included?
Yes. Each registration includes 8 catered meals during the conference weekend.
Is there an option for local attendees or RVs?
Yes. The Commuter Experience is recommended for local attendees, guests staying off-site, or those attending with an RV. This option does not include lodging, but RV hookups are available if needed.

Do I have to play in the C-Tier events?
No. The C-Tier events are optional opportunities before and after the main conference schedule.
