Dustin has been with Eagles Wings since the beginning, and has worked in sports ministry since 2008. He graduated from Messiah College with a degree in Sports Management, and Biblical Seminary with a Master’s in Theology. Dustin currently resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife Hannah. Â
At the young age of 11, Dustin attended his grandfather’s funeral. The Gospel was read, and at that moment, he accepted Christ into his life.

Zach got connected to Eagles Wings during his internship with the Professional Disc Golf Association. After serving in the southeast region for a couple of years, he took on more of a leadership role within the organization and is focused on helping teach others how to run programs in their local areas across the world. He currently lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife, Alicia, and three daughters.Â

Micah Mariano is a speaker and worship leader from San Angelo, TX. He is the worship and executive pastor at TheFour56 Church, Director of Spiritual Formation for Eagles Wings Disc Golf, and one of the hosts of the Simpler Podcast (@simplerpod).

Based in Michigan, Jim has been in ministry most of his working life. He has found that disc golf is a great tool in youth ministry. Jim even won an Amateur World Championship in 1998! Jim enjoys his position and also enjoys fishing as a hobby.

Based in Macha, Zambia, Wilborn takes care of the course as well as hosts youth leagues each day. Wilborn was hired in 2019 and has created a fantastic culture of disc golf in Macha. He connects very well with the juniors coming to play and we are so fortunate to have a man like Wilborn discipling kids each day on the course.

Tour Ministry Coordinators
Joel and Alissa are the main worship leaders for the touring Eagles Wings chapel services. They are also leaders of a Circle One group for touring players.
Joel Freeman has been a professional disc golfer for 7 years and this will be his fourth year on the Disc Golf Pro Tour. He has been a part of Eagles Wings for most of his touring career, helping with worship and inviting people to chapels. He and Alissa met in 2017; married, and in 2021 they went on tour together full time and led worship at most of the chapel services.
Their hearts are to create opportunities for fellowship to happen within the Christian disc golf community. Cultivating relationships is one of their highest priorities. They desire to spread the love and truth of Jesus to the disc golf world.

Leah is working with a seasoned planning committee based out of Michigan. She’s married to Chad and they have two active boys. Realizing the importance of family connections, she now enjoys creating a safer community for families and individual disc golfers through leagues and events.

Zach lives in Raleigh, North Carolina and has worked for Athletes in Action for 18 years. He first became involved with disc golf in 2009 on a men’s retreat. After serving in a consultant role since 2017, Zach joined Eagles Wings’ staff in 2021 where he became more involved helping to lead conferences and serving on their leadership team.

Marty initially connected with Eagles Wings in 2018 and began volunteering as an ambassador in the Southeastern Region. He will officially join Eagles Wings staff in October of 2022 where he will focus on curriculum development and course design. After graduating from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with his Master’s in Christian Education, Marty has spent the last 20 years serving in the local church as pastor or director of Recreation Ministry. With a heart for evangelism and discipleship, Marty uses the tool of recreation to connect to the local community. He is excited about partnering with local churches around the world to help equip them to reach more people in their communities using the sport of disc golf. Marty lives in Central Georgia with his wife, Christa, and their four children.
