In May, a team of Christian disc golfers traveled to Rancho el Camino near the Sea of Cortez in Baja California Sur. Equipped with training and disc golf resources, these support-raised short-term field workers partnered with the ranch staff in their ongoing discipleship ministry. Service projects on the course and clinics in the community became the purpose of the trip, but every team member returned saying they were blessed far beyond what they gave. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality of the ranch family, who welcomed us into what they call a “thin space” — where the presence of God is uniquely felt among His people.

This service trip will return in 2026, offering you the chance to experience the same powerful blend of service, community, and spiritual renewal that shaped our 2025 team.

In September, Eagles Wings will return to Echo Ranch Bible Camp outside Juneau, Alaska — a ministry we’ve partnered with before. This trip will focus on installing a beginner-friendly disc golf course designed for children and retreat guests who may be brand new to the game. The support-raised short-term team will put in the labor, building baskets, tee pads, signage, and more, while also teaching local kids and families the basics of disc golf.

During the week, Echo Ranch also plans to host a disc golf retreat, creating opportunities for gospel conversations and new connections with community members who may become regulars on the course. Course installation has become a central component of our domestic trips, and we love working with Christian camps who see disc golf as a holistic discipleship tool — one that nurtures both body and spirit.
