Media Release

By registering your child(ren) for an UPLIFT Disc Golf league, you give your permission for your child(ren) to participate in all activities as they pertain to his/her camp.  You also authorize UPLIFT Disc Golf, Eagles Wings Disc Golf, and Push The Rock to hereby use any pictures or videos for promotional use.
