A Multi-Sport Training Community

In The Zone Athletics (ITZ) is a multi-sport training community dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for athletes and their families to experience strong, healthy relationships through the power of sports. ITZ pursues excellence in athletic training, competitive play, and genuine care for every person who walks through its doors.

Founded in 2004, ITZ has grown into a respected 22,000 sq.ft, athletic training facility in the Lehigh Valley region. ITZ’s AAU basketball program is recognized for developing players and building competitive teams.

In November 2023, Push The Rock acquired the ITZ business. Our vision is to build relationships and share the hope of Jesus with the hundreds of people who use the facility every week. We have also introduced Push The Rock programs at ITZ to further expand our reach and ministry impact within the Lehigh Valley region. Additionally, our hope is that revenue generated at ITZ will be used to fuel new ministry growth globally across Push The Rock.

In December 2025, ITZ completed a transformational facility renovation that will establish ITZ as a pre-eminent training facility in the region. Push The Rock partnered with Bethlehem Christian School for the renovations; ITZ has also recently partnered with 1Cor6:19 Fitness to bring high level personal training to its members. We believe that these partnerships and facility upgrades will open up even more opportunities for Kingdom impact. The renovated ITZ facility includes:

• 3 full-size basketball courts
• 4 volleyball courts
• Pickleball courts
• Sports performance training area
• Fitness center
• Cheerleading mats
• Snack bar & guest area
