Who: Men & women who have a basic understanding of disc golf and a desire for discipleship and evangelism experience in a cross-cultural setting.
Cost: $1300 + airfare TBD; cost will cover all housing, food, transportation, and in-country costs. Exact airfare rates will be determined when you are officially offered a place on the team.
Synopsis: Eagles Wings Disc Golf will travel to La Paz, Mexico to partner with Rancho el Camino, a Christian camp that uses outdoor adventure and recreation to reach young people with the gospel. During the trip, team members will help run the Abierto de la Baja Disc Golf Tournament, lead educational disc golf clinics to introduce and grow the sport locally, and participate in the ranch’s ongoing discipleship and evangelism ministries. In addition to serving, participants will also spend time learning about the broader mission of Rancho el Camino and how God is working through their ministry in the La Paz community. This trip offers a meaningful opportunity to combine a love for disc golf with a passion for ministry and cross-cultural service.
