Vice President, North American Operations
Scott joined Push the Rock in November 2019 as head of North American Operations, and serves on the Push The Rock leadership team. Scott oversees all aspects of operations in the US, including hiring and developing staff members, strengthening programs and partnerships in existing districts, and planning for expansion into new geographies. Scott also helps provide strategic direction to Eagles Wings Disc Golf. He enjoys leading afterschool and homeschool programs as well as summer camps in the Lehigh Valley district and in Mercer County, NJ.
Scott joined PTR after nearly 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, where he served in marketing leadership and broader commercial leadership roles in the US, China, and international markets. He has a passion for coaching youth, having coached and mentored young athletes in the US, Africa, China and Eastern Europe. Scott believes sports help build confidence and character, and provides a fantastic platform to share the love and hope of Christ.
Scott and his wife Beth (and dog Jasmine), reside in Stockton, NJ. They have three adult sons and one daughter-in-law, living in Texas, Nevada and Maryland. Scott’s is a “Tar Heel” through and through, having graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Chemistry, and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School
