Stronghold Foam Sword Fighting Camp
Stronghold Foam Sword Fighting camp is a half-day camp for youth ages 10-17 at Cane Creek Park, Waxhaw, NC. At Stronghold we teach youth an exciting battle game where they fight using a variety of foam medieval gear such as swords, shields, and spears. Our game play encourages honorable conduct, teamwork, and perseverance. We will also be learning about God and what it means to follow Christ.

2022 Push The Rock Covid-19 Mask Policy
As of now, masks will NOT be required whether inside or outside for staff or campers. If you would prefer to have your child(ren) wear a mask, please have them do so.

*We will be meeting at Canopy B each morning and playing at the soccer field for the majority of our activities. You are allowed to drop off and pick up you campers without purchasing a parking pass if you do not plan on staying at the park.
This camp is designed for beginner and intermediate skilled fighters.
Campers’ must wear sneakers, wear long pants (or skirt) that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Please remember to bring sunscreen, bug spray and a water bottle each day.
Optional items campers can bring: Bible, sparring gloves.
Masking is currently optional for staff and participants at camp. If you register we will email you any changes to our masking policies for this camp if things should change.
Sample of a Stronghold Camp Day:
9:00- Campers Arrive
9:15- Welcome and Devotions
9:30- Campers receive instruction learn skills and practice drill with their coaches.
10:15 – Water Break. Campers then split into groups for Bible study
11:00 – Campers play various battle games where they honorably practice the skills they have been learning that day and have fun
11:50 – Camp gathers for a Daily Recap and Prayer
12:00 – Parents sign out and pick up Campers
