Stronghold Foam Sword and Archery Camp is for youth ages 8-15 and will be meeting at Grace Bible Church, Catawissa, PA. At Stronghold we teach youth an exciting battle game where they fight using a variety of foam medieval gear such as swords, shields, and spears. Our game play encourages honorable conduct, teamwork, and perseverance. We will also be learning about God and what it means to follow Christ.
At this camp there will be two adventure tracks available.
Adventure Track One: The archery track where campers will learn Stronghold Foam Archery. Ages 8-15 are welcome to join us in learning how to play archery tag. They are instructed on how to string and nock a bow, loose an arrow, and hold correct posture. They will learn how to hit targets and even duel each other in foam battles.
Adventure Track Two: Stronghold Foam Sword Fighting is for ages 10-15. Here campers will learn how to wield a foam sword and use a shield. They will receive instruction on teamwork and partake in team battles.
Both tracks have Bible studies with their appropriate age groups.
