Boys Club Team
Ages: 14U
Season: Mid-October – early March with annual tryouts in July
Practices: Twice per week
Tournament Days: 6-7
Cost Per Season: $1600
Uniform Cost: About $80 for two jerseys
Girls Club Team
Ages: 12U coed, 13U+ girls only
Season: December-early May with annual tryouts in July.
Practices: 2 team practices/week (2 hours each) and 1 hour of conditioning/ week.
Tournament Days: 12U- 4, 13U- 5, 14U- 9, and 15U-18U – 12
Cost Per Season: 12U-$1200, 13U-$1750, 14U-$2300, 15U-18U- $2700.
Uniform Cost: About $90 for two jerseys
Club Season Developmental Program
Ages: 9-13, coed
Season: January – April
Practices: 1 practice/week (2 hours) with the 12U team, with optional conditioning once per week.
*No tournaments*
Cost: $500. Paid in two monthly payments. Includes one Push The Rock t-shirt.

Off Season Developmental Program
Ages: 9-13, coed
Location: Emmaus, PA & Bath, PA
Dates: Two six-week sessions, one night per week, beginning in August
Cost: $150 per season
OPEN PLAY
Ages: coed, 14U+ with playing experience but are not on their school team or committed to another club
Location: Emmaus, PA & Bath, PA
Dates: Two six-week sessions, one night per week, beginning in August
Cost: $60 per season
Summer Camps
Ages: 12U+, girls only and coed offerings
Location: Lehigh Valley & BuxMont
Private Lessons
Schedule a private lesson/Semi private lesson with one of our coaches. Coaches offer private lessons in the off season both outdoors and at In the Zone.
You select the coach and they will reach out to you to schedule your lesson
