Vice-President, International Operations

Chico Schlonecker oversees our international offices, short-term teams, international internships, and recruiting for the organization as a whole.

He played basketball, baseball, and soccer growing up and went on to play basketball for the state of Tachira in the 1995 Venezuela Junior Olympics and on the collegiate level at Messiah College. Before joining the staff of Push The Rock in 2000, Chico worked as a financial analyst at Essroc Cement.

Chico credits his parents in leading him to follow Christ at age five. He said, “And ever since then, it has been a journey in learning how to be a fully-devoted follower and disciple of Jesus Christ.”
