Stephen Ippolito

Hazleton District Manager

Our newest district, Hazleton, was established in August of 2018. Stephen Ippolito is the District Manager for Push The Rock Hazleton. Stephen brings a new sport to our camps and programs: Stronghold. It’s a foam sword fighting sport.

Stephen learned how to foam sword fight in college and instantly found great joy in it. He adapted a foam sword fighting game for youth and faithfully taught it in afterschool clubs and summer camps.

He believes it is not a hobby but a calling. God has used this sport to grow him spiritually and has enabled him to mentor youth in the Christian faith.

His daily responsibilities include the coordination of after-school programs and pursuing the development opportunities of Push the Rock programs in the Hazleton PA.

Stronghold: Foam Sword Fighting

God is currently teaching me about:

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

What’s your Favorite, or the most rewarding part about your job at Push The Rock?

To share the unique sport that I love with youth, to tell them about the King of Kings whom I serve, and to watch them grow in their relationship with God.

At Push The Rock, we are full-time missionaries and are financially supported by people like you.

Would you like to help to personally support Stephen as he serves the ministry in the Hazleton area?
