Sr. Administrative Assistant

It is the role of the senior administrative assistant to coordinate the logistical components of camp prior to, during, and after the week of camp.  We are looking for highly organized and motivated Christian men and women to fill this role.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in coordinating the registration of each camp week
  • Assist in preparing the necessary documents for camp each week
  • Organize equipment for camp each week
  • Work with the Camp Director to coordinate all details of camp
  • Coordinate staff lunches for the camp
  • Be a resource for any logistical issues that come up during the week of camp
  • Oversee and be a resource for the Jr. administrative staff
  • Administer first aid to campers as necessary
  • Promote the vision of Push The Rock

Benefits

We can provide local housing upon request if necessary.

Training Day: As a ministry, we are currently updating our method of training. We will be moving to an online version of training. All staff serving in every District will be given more information about this training and will be required to participate.

Compensation

$260 per week with the offer of raising an additional $100 per week


 Jr. Administrative Assistant

It is the role of the junior administrative assistant to assist the senior administrative assistant by coordinating the logistical components of camp prior to, during, and after the week of camp.  We are looking for highly organized and motivated Christian men and women to fill this role.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in coordinating the registration of each camp week
  • Assist in preparing the necessary documents for camp each week
  • Organize equipment for camp each week
  • Work with the Camp Director to coordinate all details of camp
  • Coordinate staff lunches for the camp
  • Be a resource for any logistical issues that come up during the week of camp
  • Administer first aid to campers as necessary
  • Working a minimum of 20 hours per week performing administrative duties (weekly or daily hours are subject to change)
  • Promote the vision of Push The Rock

Compensation

$110 for high school student and $160 for college student per week with the offer of support raising an additional $100 per week.
