Vision

Using the power of sports to impact the world for Jesus, one life at a time

Mission

We create life-changing experiences through sports by introducing people to Jesus and helping them live and play for Him.

We Create Life-Changing Experiences

We exist to create more than ‘fun’ experiences. We believe that real life-change comes from knowing Jesus and developing a personal relationship with Him. We work in partnership with the larger church body to accomplish this mission and multiply our Kingdom impact. We strive for excellence in sharing the hope we have in Jesus while providing an engaging sports experience for every participant in every program.

Through Sports

Sports is our language. Jesus is our message. We view sports as a powerful way to break down barriers, quickly build relationships and impact others. Doing so gives us the unique opportunity to share the life-changing message of Jesus.

By Introducing People to Jesus and Helping Them Live and Play for Him

We are passionate about helping people discover Jesus for the first time. We also embrace the opportunity to be a catalyst in helping people grow in their relationship with Him.  We strive to be positive role models, inspiring participants to live and play for Christ both on and off the field.

Core Values

Kingdom-Minded

We value partnerships that equip others in Kingdom-building work to accomplish the mission Jesus gave us. We diligently seek opportunities to work closely with other Kingdom-minded partners to multiply our collective reach and Kingdom impact.

“For just as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so it is with Christ.”

1 Corinthians 12:12

One Life at a Time

We connect with each participant on an individual level – recognizing their story, as well as our role in their story. We treat one-on-one interactions as moments of truth to make a positive impact, and we believe that repetitive contact has the greatest impact on a life. We strive to be positive role models to every person we encounter.

“Soon a Samaritan woman came to draw water, and Jesus said to her, “Please give me a drink.” He was alone at the time because his disciples had gone into the village to buy some food. The woman was surprised, for Jews refuse to have anything to do with Samaritans. She said to Jesus, “You are a Jew, and I am a Samaritan woman. Why are you asking me for a drink?” Jesus replied, “If you only knew the gift God has for you and who you are speaking to, you would ask me, and I would give you living water.”

John 4:7-12

Committed to Community

When we are in action, we demonstrate genuine community and people see the true love of Jesus. We show concern for participants, partners, our communities, and each other.  We encourage and serve others. Within our organization, we nurture a culture of connectedness and collaboration, regardless of physical location.  We invest in each team member, both spiritually and professionally, amplifying the gifts God has given us to better serve Him.

“Then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.  Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves,  not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”

Philippians 2:2-4
