Club Refund Policy

If you sign up for an event or single class, then you must email Stronghold with a cancellation request 24 hours before the class or event in order to receive a refund. 

If you purchase a seasonal/monthly pass you may request a partial refund if:

a) The registered participant can not come because of a sickness or injury for 3 or more classes

b) 3 classes or more are canceled by the instructor due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
