Tim Lambert

Accounting and Business Operations Associate

Tim currently serves as part-time Accounting and Business Operations Associate at Push The Rock, responsible for accounting journal entries, cash application, interface with outsourced accounting and audit firms, assist with month-end and year-end closings, support annual audit, & generating financial reports. He is passionate about process improvement and data integrity.

A graduate of Messiah College, Tim joined Push The Rock in February 2024 after 20+ years in various levels of accounting and financial analysis work in both the public and private sectors, most recently with Air Products. Following the model of Paul the apostle as tent maker and transitioning into self-employment after Air Products, Tim spent the most recent 10+ years as a Realtor and property manager, which he still does alongside his responsibilities at PTR. In addition to paid professional work, Tim volunteers at Faith Church as co-captain for Guest Services and a similar volunteer role at Bear Creek Mountain Resort through the National Ski Patrol.

Tim resides in Alburtis, PA and has 4 adult children and 4 granddaughters spread across the country. He enjoys almost anything outdoors and particularly enjoys skiing, running, hiking, kayaking, and DIY projects. He’s most proud of raising his children, but qualifying (2x) and running the Boston Marathon takes a close second.

Tim’s walk with Jesus began at 15 and continues to lean deeper into verses such as Jeremiah 29:13, “If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.” and Philippians 4:6-8 about being anxious and setting our thoughts on God’s truths. Tim is forever grateful for God’s grace and leaving the 99 in pursuit of him. He’s passionate about helping his brothers in Bible study and through the model John Eldredge writes about in Wild at Heart. It’s in this passion that Tim found the God planted desire of his heart to support Push The Rock in the accounting position and help boys, young men, and all children grow in the truth of Jesus.

“If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.”
