Stephen joined Push The Rock staff in 2018.. Stephen brings a new sport –  foam sword fighting –  to our programs and camps called  “Stronghold”.

Stephen learned how to foam sword fight during his time at Geneva College, where he earned a BS in Elementary Education.  He instantly found great joy in it. He adapted a foam sword fighting game for youths and faithfully taught it in afterschool clubs and summer camps.

He believes it is not a hobby but a calling. God has used this sport to grow him spiritually and has enabled him to mentor youth in the Christian faith.

His daily responsibilities include the coordination of after-school programs and pursuing the development for Stronghold programs and summer camps.
